DESCRIPTION:A field trip for upper elementary and middle school students (ages 9-14) to explore local rivers\, investigate aquatic ecosystems\, and witness the salmon life cycle firsthand. Students rotate through four stations covering Salmon Biology\, Riparian Ecology\, Water Quality\, and Macroinvertebrates\, led by expert naturalists. The trip runs approximately 4 hours including a lunch break\, providing hands-on outdoor learning aligned to Oregon science standards.
