Bioregional Explorers Club: The Second Expedition

In September, club founders Louis Fox and Brett Anne Balamuth launched the Rogue Valley chapter of the Bioregional Explorers Club with a first walk along Ashland Creek. Now Aaron Moffatt, the filmmaker behind \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\*Klamath\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\*, a nature documentary about the Klamath-Siskiyou, leads the chapter's next outing.

The club brings together people who want to know the place they live. We trace ridgelines and creeks, read the watershed, notice what's in season, and talk about what we find. Sometimes a regeneration project grows out of it.

We meet at the Clubhouse, then head out on an afternoon expedition. You don't need to have come to the first gathering. Bring curiosity, comfortable shoes, water and layers for late November. Kids welcome.
